The Housing Registry Online Application is optimized for Internet Explorer 11. Newer versions of Chrome and Firefox may also work. If you are using an older version of one of these browsers, or using a different web browser, you may experience incompatibility with the Online Application. The Online Application is available in English only.
1. How do I save my online application?
To save your online application for the first time, click at the top right corner of your screen. You will be asked to enter and re-enter a password of your choice. Then, follow the instructions provided.
To save your updates to the online application, click at the top right corner of your screen. You will see a confirmation message when your application is successfully saved.
2. How many days do I have to submit my online application?
You have 15 calendar days to submit your online application. If you do not submit the application before the end of the 15th calendar day, the system will delete your application. You will then have to start a new application.
3. How do I print a screen?
To print the screen you are on, click at the top right corner of your screen.
4. How do I print a summary of my responses?
To print a summary of the responses you have provided in your application, click at the top right corner of your screen. You will also be provided with the option to print a summary of your responses after you submit your application.
